ArtSpace are working in partnership with Charnwood Arts this summer to stage a month-long sculpture event at Leicestershire County Council’s Beacon Hill Country Park.
Over August artists will transform part of Beacon Hill Country Park into a wonderland of nature that we normally can’t see – the magic that is occurring beneath our feet – fungi, mycelium and roots! The project will include a series of creative workshops, some amongst the installations at the park – so watch this space!
ArtSpace’s renowned Sculpture Trail, held at the Outwoods and more recently last year at the Beacon, will now be a bi-annual event. This event in August will be significant in its own right but will be on a smaller scale, focus on one area, and will act as a link towards the Up To the Beacon Sculpture Trail 2025.
